Neil Messer, Theologian and Bioethicists

 

Professor and author, Neil Messer, was welcomed to Garrett-Evangelical by the Stead Center for Ethics and Values on November 30th.  An expert in theology and bioethics, Messer focused his lecture on theology and the disability.
